Your first name and surname are used to personalize communication. We use your e-mail address to send you information that you request through our website. Your telephone number can be used to contact you regarding requested information via our website. We use your company name and function to better tailor information to your situation.

Some of this information is mandatory, for example, your e-mail address.

CONTACT FORM AND NEWSLETTER

Via the website we offer the possibility to ask questions via a contact form, whereby you are asked to fill in various details to honour your request. You choose yourself which data you provide. The data that you send to us will be kept for as long as the nature of the request and the situation requires for the full response and/or handling thereof.
